Poor condition. For parts or repair. Queen steel marked #21 two blade folding pocket knife. Major issue is the metal bit that keeps the blades from opening to far is broken so the long blade does not lock anywhere in anyway and just flop and the blade will not fully close. Case itself looks to be in good condition. Grips look good with age/use appropriate wear however one side at the pin has glue residue on the grip - like a glob - which suggests the grip was glued back on and not in a clean way. Two blades have sharpening chatter at the edges and scratch's on the surface of the blade faces. total length open is a hair over 6 3/4". The short blade is about a hair over 1 1/2" the longer blade is about a hair over 1 7/8" long.
