What a fetching modernist brooch that can be worn as a pendant. Vintage circa 1950, this abstract design swirls around between to polished and prong set black onyx beads. Nice workmanship as would be expected of a Taxco piece. Artist signed TC conjoined. An old eagle stamp - unreadable as is the balance of the stamp.
Needs a right proper polish, but otherwise a solid addition to your Taxco Mexico jewelry collection. As is consistent with the period this was made in, the pin itself on this piece is not silver and has some minor surface rust.
