This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from juststuffisell.com (the “Site”).

We use 3rd party tracking information from google analytic to help us understand where our visitors come from and how they navigate this site. Additional venues in which our site interacts with include, but are not limited to, Facebook, eBay, Etsy, Twitter and Instagram. These uses are to promote product and attract visitors. These sites each have their own privacy policies and use log files and web beacons.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. This information is not stored on this site, we use a 3rd party payment gateway that processes payments in addition, you can safely and securely make payments though Paypal.com.
The email address you use in your account for purchasing purposes is also used for various communication and can be used for follow up marketing purposes to let you know about upcoming sales, events, promotions or items you might be interested in. You can opt out of our marking at any time.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

California; Under California laws you have certain rights as it relates to your information. Doing business in the State of North Carolina, we do not recognize the Authority of the State of California to regulate interstate commerce and therefore we do not provide special treatment for residents of the state of California. By your using this site, you waive all claims to special treatment and acknowledge your agreement that you are voluntarily doing business with a state of North Carolina business under North Carolina laws. Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. You may request your information be deleted after 6 months. The minimum amount of time we are required to maintain these records for financial legal recourse.
Your information may be retained in SixBit software (our product management software) until such time as it is deemed unnecessary by us to keep the information; Typically 12 months. Your data is retained indefinitely in Quickbooks to document transactions and within the PDF format using Neat Software for future government reporting requirements (audits, Taxing authorities, legal services, etc). You transaction may be retained by your financial institution and they each have their own privacy policy outlining retention and rights.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
