Plays were worked out in reading classes of third and fourth grades and designed to give teachers materials to work with. Plays include: The Sleeping Beauty, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, Cinderella, The Story of Joseph, The Brownies, Three Little Christmas Waits, The Pied Piper of Hamelin, Gluck's Visitor.
Book is a cloth bound with orange and black decor. I believe the original color was probably beige. Measures about 7" x 5" and contains 183 numbered pages with 4 pages of advertising, one of which has been partially torn out.

Notable issues: Darkening, spotting/soiling, with chipping, edge wear to the front cover, spine and back cover. Between the covers is an ink stain that has some bleed in to the pages. binding is good without issue. Some writing in the book as this is a cast book for plays. Spotting and straining to the pages to include foxing and tanning.
