Green cloth covered book with black artwork. Two light stampings inside the board Miss Mabel Moore and I cannot read the balance. Book title is The Hiawatha Primer by Florence Holbrook Principal of Forestville School Chicago. Has a press marking for The Riverside Press and is published by the Houghton Miffin Company with a copyright date of 1898. Color plates. Page tear page 107/108 with the torn out portion missing.

Notable issues: Front cover bowed with chipping, sunning, spots and dirty. Spine shows chipping, sunning and edge wear. Back cover shows significant bow with chipping sunning, spots and dirty. Binding is secure with some wear areas. Pages are poor to good with foxing, spotting, tanning and torn page as noted above.
