Rare 1938 photograph of the Rouge Valley Inn, later known as the Rouge Valley Olympic Inn, located in Rouge Valley Ontario Canada. The Rouge Valley Inn was owned by Ambrose Small who mysteriously disappeared in 1919 and was a big Scarborough area attraction boasting of a nice hotel, dining and picnicking for families along with a claim of the largest swimming pool in Ontario and was locate across the street from the Caper Valley Ski Slop (snake hill). Fire claimed the famous Rouge Valley Inn in 1968.
Love the old cars in the parking lot and the "Orange Crush Rouge Valley Inn" sign on the little building by the parking lot.
Size is about 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" overall. Location of the photograph is Rouge Valley. Condition is good with small corner fold.
